All newly visiting Rotarians and guests are expected to book and introduce themselves to the club before meetings and may do so by emailing the club. This information is added to our meeting agendas.

Please note we have limited guest tickets for each meeting.

When the meetings are held offline, all the participants are expected to pay for dinner in advance. The Eventbrite booking system closes at 11:45 on the day of the meeting. To book after this period please follow instructions on the Eventbrite system.

Doors open for meetings at 19:00 with the meeting starting at 19:30. We expect to finish between 20:30-21:00.
